Must admit i did ask alot of ppl how to get it to restart. but i've got it now!
Theres Fair Crits for all Sides of Weaponry, 10 Win Limit, 5 caps per round, sv_cheats 0 On, Team Balancing Enabled. Mainly a 2fort Server but works on Dustbowl as my dustbowl servers do not render the code for 5 caps a round.
